The Gran Sasso, the Piana di Navelli and the Gorges of San Venanzio

This is perhaps one of the most beautiful, interesting and demanding tours of our programme.

Reached the Gran Sasso we will visit the Campo Imperatore plain and the characteristic villages at its feet, theaters of important film sets and we will continue towards the Navelli plateau where it will be possible to buy the famous saffron.

We will then head towards the ancient village of Bominiaco and visit the small but spectacular Oratory of San Pellegrino.

It will then be the time to tackle the marvelous San Venanzio Gorges with our motorbikes, at the end of which is the beautiful Hermitage.

The return will take place on the motorway route.

An "alternative" is possible which includes a visit to the Grotte di Stiffe (by reservation) and a visit to the archaeological excavations of Fossa (the small "Stoneage" in Italy).
